Analysis of the current flows to search for savings - divided into the supply of components and shipment of finished products to the customer. Everything is verified: from ordering and production plans, by delivery (transport, truck utilization), unloading, storage, repackaging, waste disposal of one-way packaging, ergonomics of the production line, warehouse of finished goods, transport to the customer, delivery terms, etc. If customer wishes, we also analyze the component supply agreement and calculate approximate costs of changing the packaging on the supplier's side.
Preparation of the optimization's proposal with the cost comparison of disposable packaging, purchase / lease of own, rent / pooling - for each project we prepare min. 2 scenarios for different solutions, what enables our customer to take a proper decision.
Consulting in packaging costs for new projects, including the existing solutions such as Behaeltermanagement, Daimler, CHEP, Gefco, etc. - it often happened in the past that the customer did not know what will be the costs of packaging rental and due to this they were not properly included in the component price. With this service I want to solve the problem. Knowing the different systems and rental procedures, we are able to estimate the monthly cost of the use of container so that it can be properly included in the calculation.
Help in designing the circulation systems of own containers - evidence, logistics services (transport, storage, cleaning, repair), settlement of fees for rental, repair, losses - usually this service is dedicated to large companies with an extensive network of suppliers and a huge amount of packaging in the circulation. At present, at most of them, packaging distribution is based on a push system, which eliminates the possibility of charging the supplier with the rent. When you change the system from push to pull, where the supplier orders by himself the number of containers needed for particular week, the system, which allows to charge for "detention" of packaging over the granted free period, would help to optimize the number of containers in the circulation, improve the flow control and minimize the inventory losses.
Supervision of implementation process (project management) - each project is supervised personally from the design stage, through consultation within the organization, control, documentation, preparation for implementation until the start of the new system and to verify proper operating.
Training of staff responsible for the packaging - at every stage, we run trainings for staff dealing with packaging on daily basis.
